Bing, Acamar Films’ award-winning global pre-school hit animation has been selected to front a new campaign from the Italian Society of Pediatrics and nursery trade association, Assonidi. The campaign, Healthy Habits for Children, first of its kind, will help support grown-ups and children in their everyday lives over the coming years.

As mentioned by the President of the Italian Society of Pediatrics, the mission of this campaign and partnership between Acamar and Assonidi consists in making Bing an “ambassador” of significant themes, such as the promotion of psychophysical health and the social well-being of children, aligning in this way the values of the series with those of the campaign.

Thanks to the experiences of the little Bing, this series faces different emotions, experiences and activities typical of the pre-school age, supporting in this way the participation of children. The first theme, Growing with Bing, launching in June 2023, focuses on the importance of a correct nutrition and diet for children. Bing-themed recipe cards, containing activity sheets and videos will be distributed via Assonidi to all their 400 associated nurseries, as well as in the Italian Society of Pediatrics’ doctors surgeries.

Since its debut in 2018 Bing has been phenomenally popular with Italian preschoolers and families, due to its multi-platform distribution strategy and a dynamic licensing program, managed in Italy by Maurizio Distefano Licensing. In 2022 was the most requested preschool show on Rai Play.
