The toy line, inspired by Rainbow studio’s new series will drop in Italy this November

Giochi Preziosi the historical toy making Italian brand will be back on shelves this November through its partnership with Rainbow Studio. After its many worldwide hits such as Winx Club, Studio Rainbow took on the challenge to take their spin at Collodi’s classic story and thus came up with “Pinocchio and friends”.

The series poses itself the challenge of reworking an iconic story by adding some twists to engage an ever-growing fan base. One of these additions is the new character Freeda, a pirate doll coprotagonist that will accompany Pinocchio in all his new adventures.

Rainbow’s new project was met with tremendous success in Italy and is now soon airing on British tellys on the CBeebies channel from BBC and also in Latin America on the dedicated Discovery Kids channel.

Giochi Preziosi has put significant investments to produce this toy line, announced on the 29th of October for the opening of the new flagship store in Padua, its goal is to offer a varied choise of products and to offer a fun and immersive play experience for kids and their families.
