NEW RAI OFFER FOR UKRAINIAN CHILDREN

“Benvenuti Bambini” is the title of the new RAI offer which includes various programs available in both Italian and Ukrainian in a special section of RaiPlay.

Rai, in fact, offers to thousands of Ukrainian children who are war refugees in Italy the opportunity to see cartoons and programs, even in their own language.

The three great successes of Rai Yoyo will be available: “Brave Bunnies”, the cute brave bunnies created by the Glowberry studio in Kiev, the most popular Ukrainian animation series; the famous “44 Gatti”, the most successful Italian cartoon of recent years and the popular “Peppa Pig”.
Two films will also be shown, including the popular “Foster & Max” which tells of the friendship between a boy and a robot dog, and the adventurous Rai cartoon series, such as “Farhat. The Prince of the Desert”. Other titles will be added soon, including a selection of cartoons without dialogue: the series “Molang”, “One Love”, “Vlady and Mirò” and “Artoonic”.

“RAI wants to be close to Ukrainian families who have to move away from their country and their homes due to the invasion of Russian troops. Offering quality programs in their language will help to encourage moments of leisure for children and young people, who are placed at the proof of the detachment from one’s habits” affirmed the President of Rai Marinella Soldi and the CEO Carlo Fuortes.

Rai thanks the production companies Kidsme, Rainbow, Betafilm, eOne and MondoTV, for the columns in Ukrainian, and the others who will adhere to Rai Ragazzi’s proposal to create an offer dedicated to refugee children in our country.
