SPONGEBOB WILL BE PROTAGONISTS AT THE EARTH VILLAGE IN ROME
From 21 to 25 April, on the occasion of World Earth Day on 22 April, Rome will once again host the Village for the Earth within the protected area of Villa Borghese: an event between sustainability and innovation to promote greater environmental awareness and the protection of the planet.
Within the Village for the Earth, an entire area will be dedicated to children and families with activities and workshops. The main protagonist of this area will be Nickelodeon, the Paramount brand for children and teenagers, with one of the most successful properties: SpongeBob.
SpongeBob, who lives in the coral reef, has always been linked to the protection of the oceans, recycling and sustainability and thanks to his universal language he is able to communicate to all age groups. For several years Nickelodeon has been the bearer of awareness campaigns and activities. For example, in Italy Nickelodeon has been present since 2012 with SpongeBob at the Genoa Aquarium with courses dedicated to the knowledge of the coral reef and its protection.
