TWO NEW LIVE EXPERIENCES FROM BATMAN AND HARRY POTTER ARE ON THE WAY

The live experience category has gained a renewed importance for Warner Bros. Discovery as shown by the 2 important announcements made by the multinational in the last couple of weeks, both news tightly knit to the world of marketing and licensing.

It is news of today that a partership deal was made between W.B.D. and the live events organizing agency called TCG for the production orchestral concert of the movie “THE BATMAN“.

The experience will be composed by scenes from the movie being played on a screen whilts the music arrangments are all gonna be played live and on the spot.

It’s interesting that this project finds itself in a much broader idea from TCG and Warner called: “DC in concert”, this leads us to believe that we can comfortably expect even more properties from DC to recieve this theatrical treatment. The tour for the concert will begin on march 18th 2023 at the Hammersmith Apollo in London and from there, it will continue through Europe and the USA. Tickets are already available.

Talking about partnerships in the live experiences sector , there’s more to say. Warner Bros. Discovery Discovery has announced its intention to create a brand new theme area in the “Warner Bros. World” theme park on yas island, in Abu Dhabi.The IP that they chose for this project is Harry Potter. There has been no confirmation on when construction will start, or on when it’s expected to be completed.
This new world will be the seventh in the largest enclosed theme park of the world, already hosting places like Metropolis and Gotham City
